1. Shipping Time
  • Delivery times vary by product availability. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.

  • If your order includes multiple items, the delivery time is based on the product with the longest shipping time.

  • We do not split shipments. If you want to receive items separately as they become available, please purchase them in individual orders.

 

2. Shipping Services
  • Orders to North America are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and mountainous regions may take longer than average.

 

3. Shipping Fees and Customs
  • Shipping fees vary by location and service.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

  • We do not accept free returns for non-quality issues.

 

4. Address Verification and Shipping Requests
  • Double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

  • If you need to make changes after shipment, we cannot guarantee successful redirection, and any risks or costs will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Orders are only shipped to the country specified at checkout.

5. Delivery Restrictions We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact information.

  • Consignee refusing or failing to accept delivery.

  • Restricted access locations (e.g., schools, work units, gated communities).

  • Force Majeure Events including but not limited to weather disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, or natural disasters.

 

6. Customs and Clearance
  • If customs clearance is required, we will notify you via email.

  • If goods are destroyed or returned due to customs delays, the customer is responsible.

 

7. Delivery Schedule
  • Deliveries do not occur on weekends, national holidays, or festival days.

 

8. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order by:

    1. Logging into your Saunyoto account and visiting "My Orders"

    2. Contacting customer service at support@saunyoto.com

 

9. Inspection and Acceptance
  • Upon delivery, inspect the package carefully before signing.

  • If the item is damaged or the box is broken, do not sign or open it. Contact us immediately.

  • Once signed for, the delivery is considered accepted.

  • To protect your rights, we highly recommend recording a full unboxing video.

  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
